  • MotifznStyle reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers will be notified if an order cannot be fulfilled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to orders below PKR 5,000.

  • Free delivery is available on orders of PKR 5,000 or above anywhere in Pakistan.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier services.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. Products must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in that policy before a return or exchange can be processed.

7. Payments

We offer secure payment options for your convenience. Orders will only be processed after successful order confirmation. Cash on Delivery and other available payment methods may be offered based on location and service availability.
