At Motifs N Style, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our high-quality standards.

To provide our customers with a smooth shopping experience, we allow parcel checking at the time of delivery. We encourage you to inspect your order upon receiving it.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, incorrect item, or size issue, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

To request an exchange, please email us at info@motifsnstyle.com with your order number and clear pictures of the issue.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include the original invoice (if applicable).

  • Be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Once we receive your returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection. If it meets our exchange requirements, your exchange will be processed.

If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the customer, and the exchange request will not be approved.

No Return & No Refund Policy

Motifs N Style does not offer returns or refunds.

Customers are requested to inspect their parcel at the time of delivery. If you find any issue with your order, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving it. No return or refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

Exchange Processing Time

Approved exchange requests are usually completed within 7–10 working days after the returned product has passed our quality inspection.
